Emma Webber – From My Personal View
Emma Webber began her art journey during lockdown under the name Worth Abstract Art. It was a time of deep self-reflection, learning to recognise her own value and create space for herself. As a mum of two, Emma realised she needed something that was just for her — a way to relax, recharge, and express who she is beyond everyday responsibilities.
Always creative at heart, she picked up a paintbrush and began sharing her work online. The response was overwhelmingly positive, leading to her first commissions and the growth of Worth Abstract Art. Last year, Emma took another important step — understanding that truly valuing herself also meant being authentic. Her work is a reflection of who she is, which is why she now proudly creates under Emma Webber Art.
Art is currently a part-time practice for Emma, but her passion is clear. She hopes to grow it into her full-time path. Her work is full of movement, emotion, and life, inviting the viewer to find their own meaning within each piece. Working mainly with acrylics, she has also explored alcohol inks and plans to experiment with resin next — a journey very much still unfolding.
From my personal view, Emma’s art has the rare quality of fitting beautifully into any space. There is always something new to discover within her work, and people passing by are consistently intrigued, stopping to look a little longer. Her pieces invite interpretation and conversation.
Emma herself comes across as a genuinely lovely person — a wonderful mum, a busy bee, and someone who balances creativity and family life with warmth and grace. She brings calm, curiosity, and positive energy into our community, and it’s a pleasure to watch both her art and confidence continue to grow.
